Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?

Yes, we will send you a proof in 1-2 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.

What is your production lead time?

Our production lead time is usually around 7-15 workdays (depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
